Welcome to Okie Axies. My name is Ronda Benedict and I am a full time stay at home mom to 3 amazing boys. I am located just outside of small town Hennessey, Oklahoma in the middle of nowhere on some beautiful land in the country. I have always had a love and passion for animals from the time I was a little girl. However, these funny, cute, and quirky little creatures captured my heart back in 2019. Since then I have learned so much about axolotls. 

After much time, consideration, and research I decided to start breeding these amazing animals. I only breed axolotls a couple times a year to avoid overbreeding and to offer you healthy, happy, quality axolotls. I offer shipping via overnight only and to states axolotls are legal to own. Illegal states include California, Maine, New Jersey, and Virginia. I do not ship to New Mexico. They are legal to own but illegal to import in New Mexico.
